Yes Calvin......I find it much easier than parting with my own :happy6: Having said that I have spent over £1k this month on my "doesn't matter if its cloudy Hobby" :icon_cyclops:

I have the set of all 8 of the Ethos, but I tend to use them in sets.

On nights where seeing is not as good, I use the 21--13--8 troika.

On nights where the seeing is better, I use the 17-10-6 troika, and those are my favorite FLs in the Ethos line.

And when seeing is magnificent and I want to do lunar/planetary/double star work at ridiculous powers, the 4.7mm and 3.7mm come into play.

(the 3.7 allowed me to see a dark spot on Neptune not that long ago).

But if you have the 13mm, keep it.  It will always be useful.  Just add the 6mm to the kit for when you'd like to have that magnification.

I certainly have the wrong scope to advise in this case and am sorely lacking the expertise - but to know someone is out there contemplating selling a 13E to get a 6E is gut-wrenching, for me... (have both, will not part)
