halli
Ah well - a full or nearly full moon seems to be occurring regularly during clear skies here in Reading ! Thought id have a go at a cluster as an easier target instead of fighting to pull out a faint galaxy or nebula from the light polluted moonlit sky. Recently bought an IDAS LPS P2 filter which i was keen to try out especially to see what the colour balance was like. Didn't get much Data though around 4x600s L and 2x600s each of R,G and B. Used a GSO RC8 at native focal length with an Atik 383l+ . Any comments more than welcome

halli
Thanks Mike - you must have a great observing site without too much LP judging by your location ! I spotted a great globular cluster image on your website - NGC 104 which I don't think we have access to here in the UK unfortunately !
