Solar sketch Ha 3/2/16

A quick sketch this lunchtime showed a couple of very large and mobile proms and a floating detached wisp. They had changed quite a bit at the end of the short session so get a look when you can.

That's a cracking sketch, something I enjoy doing myself, but not anything as good as that.

I do cheat a bit as the disk 'surface' is a template in word.

Great sketch, and difficult to do live at the telescope.  I now do a sketch from the snaps I take rather than doing a 'live' sketch.  Today even that was difficult due to the better than normal seeing resulting in so much detail being available.

Very nicely done, I wouldn't describe the template as a cheat more like a very good idea. Keep up the good work!
