Set up ready for first light

Not ideal conditions by any means but clearish skies is my invite to try the new 130 PDS. its a bit windy as well as the near full moon but i just want to give the new toy a go! no targets planned just see what happens, anyway all the best folks and hope its clear wherever you are.

Hi this is my first ever image with the 130pds. it is Deneb taken just now using canon 450d and APT, 30 sec sub. just a start but im happy!

That's a lovely picture. I think the diffraction spikes really enhance bright stars.

Really nice. I would love to see more images like this showing a single majestic star in all its glory.
