New features:

- Adaptive unsharp masking

Enhancements:

- Numerical sliders can be scrolled with cursor keys

- Processing panel width is preserved

- Using CMake for building

That's not yet planned, but you can just use your favourite Raw conversion tool (dcraw, RawTherapee etc.) to obtain a 16-bit TIFF and feed this to ImPPG.
