Please use this thread to showcase your best images captured during 2015. Just one post per member but you can include up to 5 images if you want.

The thread is for all imagers novices and advanced. 

Please keep details to a minimum - scope and camera possibly along with a few comments.

The thread needs to be packed with images so please don't respond to the postings

2015 was a bad year or me for astro-imaging in general but a trip to La Palma in the summer helped with the widefield stuff so here's a few  The really widefield stuff was taken with a Canon 6D and 14mm Samyang, the Milky Way shot was using a modded Canon 650D.

A real shame there aren't more replies to this thread. I've seen some spectacular images here in the past year and it would be great to see them collected together.

Hi, all. Amateur astrophotographer here trying to avoid the slippery slope, haha. Here are some of my best astrophotos of 2015 using a Nikon D50 and an Orion 127mm MakCass (it was difficult to choose just five images; I had to include two shots of Pluto to indicate its motion):

Very nice shooting there, Reggie. Me likes! Especially fond of your take on Pluto. Seems very few actually take the time to bag that planet.

Thanks, Dave! Pluto will always be a planet to me :-) I'm looking forward to the Mars perigee in May, too; planning on getting some good shots. Oops, we're not supposed to respond to postings. Sorry, Martin
