SCT threaded cap?

I'm looking for a male SCT threaded cap. Any ideas where I can buy one?

Meade used to supply a nice aluminium one...I had one on a SCT focal reducer. Perhaps a Meade dealer would have them?

It has to have a male SCT thread on it. Unfortunately, the Meade plug isn't threaded. I've looked on Astroboot already.

The back of a William Optics Type II Focal Reducer/ Field Flattener.  BilletParts used to make them ( http://www.billetparts.co.uk/catalog/machined-protective-cover-male-thread-p-185.html ), but they are no longer available.

If all else fails, my fall back position is to buy a SCT to 2" adaptor than put 2" end cap on that. However this option will be bulky and expensive, so I would still rather have a proper male SCT end cap.

A "male" threaded cap? For placing on the back-end of a Meade LX-series scope? I can't see how this would work. The caps on all the Meade LX-scopes I've encountered simply screw on back to keep dust/debris from entering the tube, and getting on the mirror's and corrector by proxy, for transport or storage. I don't use mine as I swapped the visual-back of my two LX's for the larger-throughput Eyeopener from Peterson:

Which leaves me with a Meade LX-series visual-back & cap collecting dust. And these are 'female' threaded caps that screw-on the stock VB. See below. If you were local, I'd show you in person and give it to you.

I've seen one the other day at the scope store on a 16" lx200!! It looked awesome! My old 10"lx200 comes with the plastic cap!
