A great day for solar imaging!

Last night was a write-off for my imaging attempts, but today's super-smooth fog has made up for it by allowing me to capture a pretty decent image of current active regions. Manual stack of 26 subs.

It's been so foggy here today that only have I not seen the Sun, I've not seen the horizon either.  In fact now I can barely see to the end of the garden.

It's nice to see someone else's images of what's going on therefore.

12443 looks amazing. I think i'm gonna defy doctors orders (not to sit down) and get the solar setup out tomorrow if its clear.

Thanks folks. Be nice to see someone's pics of those big spots in Ha when they get to the 'front' of the sun.
