Needle Galaxy - Widefield

Hardly the best conditions tonight but certainly better than they have been for several weeks in that I could see stars - so I took advantage and went galaxy hunting. The relatively large size of this galaxy makes it all the more surprising that Messier didn't include it in his list! 19 subs of 300 seconds should have delivered more detail than this but avoiding clouds and imaging don't go well together! SXVF-H9C and Skywatcher 80ED

Clear night here too but plagued with dew....couldn't use the dewshield becuase the wind was a bit gusty so gave up at 2am....was having to get the hairdryer out every 10 minutes
