Nice finally to get time to image the cause of all the aurora we have been seeing around the world!

Top one at teabreak (10am) bottom lunch (1pm) The usual set up PST/DMK21au618, 2000 frames stacked 300. It really is a huge feature when you look at how much of the surrounding area is affected. Not a huge difference between the two considering how active its been.

In this case I used my own LRGaussDeconv program (as I was working on a Linux box on which I hadn't installed my usual solar processing stuff), but ImPPG would give the same result. It is probably best to apply the deconvolution after stacking, without wavelets, but with unsharp masking applied afterwards
