Just though i would share this image its from an app i paid for called mobile obvsevatory cost about £4 but its the best astronomy app i have ever seen and i have looked at them all.so much info to explain just go download it

Ive used mobile observatory for a number of years and really like its ease of use. For the price its amreal bargin and although there are more expensive apps out there i find it does enough for me and is regularly updated by the developer.

Better still download JHelioviewer , allows you much more control over the NASA/SDO data for making movies ...

Mobile obsy has more on than just the solar images though. It has a planetarium feature with objects etc .
