Baader Clickstop for Skymax 150

The stock back for my Skymax 150, comprising two grub screws and no compression ring (SkyWatcher - what were you thinking!) turned rotating a heavy diagonal and eyepiece into a nerve racking and frankly awkward experience [emoji45]. So I've replaced it with a Baader Clickstop 2" SCT back. Easy to fit and, although I haven't had the chance to try it in anger, it's a massive improvement. So chuffed, I had to share [emoji4]

On the list of invented stuff  Baader Clicklocks would come a close second to the Telrad, i wouldn't be without either......

One of the best gadgets I ever bought for my astro kit. The others being binoviewers and a Baader prism diagonal.

Even though the my EPs are not among heavy weight class, a Clicklock feels much more stable than clamp ring with two screws, and it holds EPs centered in diagonal too,. in addtion to the ease of use.

I used my baader click lock for the first time this afternoon, and i can't believe how good it is.

Agreed - excellent... So much better than the stock item shipped with the evolution.

looks great! Just bought one for my refractors, will make my Baader zoom and Moonfish EPs feels much more secure:-)
