Nice forest of proms now

Nice forest of proms on the East limb ATM, worth a look between the clouds, so far in four hours I've managed one 1000 frame vid', amazing how the big blue patches managed to avoid the Sun

Just spotted the forest. Really big. It almost looks like there are two rows, one sticking out over the tops of the other. To the south of this there is a small detached prom. The series of curved filaments in the wake of AR2339 is also gorgeous

Just had another look and the view is stunning. The forest has changed shape, and the patterns around AR2339 are really wonderful. Classic magnetic field patterns. In the northern part there is a bright knot, looks a bit like a small flare.
