The Apollo Lunar Surface journal is one of my favourite sites on the Interweb. There's masses of information on there. I have lost hours browsing that site.

You can actually get a Haynes Lunar Rover Manual... Probably not as good as the real deal

The NASA manual probably runs to 20000 pages and costs $1/2 million.

Actually, on P105 it says "Refitting was the reverse of removal" when referring to the lunar communications relay unit that was fitted by the crew on the lunar surface to the front of the Rover. Well, it wouldn't be a Haynes Manual if it didn't have that phrase! ;-)
