Seems like so long since I saw the Sun last that I had forgotten what I was doing! Thank goodness that solid blanket of cloud has relented, even if only for a couple of days. Since I last saw the Sun it has gotten markedly higher in the sky, I was out and shooting by 09:30. I could really get into this Solar imaging lark If only the weather would perk up

Shot 175 x 1/2500th second @ ISO 100. Stacked 55 after PIPP had cropped and converted from CR2 to TIFF and then finishing touches applied in GIMP2.8. Had to head to the office after that so didn't have time for anything with the PST today
