Hi Jules, that looks a promising aspect. You are obviously still up high-ish with no obvious street lighting. Are you still local?  The smell of cat pee is a a real pain to shift. You can buy neutralising sprays but in my experience, unless you do major job on it,  it still leaves a whiff that only fades with time. Glad you got moved eventually and that the skies will be at least a little kinder than "down town"  Queensbury.
