Getting too old!

Hi all:

Last night here was a beauty...clear and calm.  I set up early hoping to get some nice moon images with my new ASI 120mm.  About 11:30 PM I checked and the moon was still quite low behind very tall poplar trees. I thought I would get a couple of hours shuteye and go out again, but woke up at 8 AM......oh well....should have set the alarm in hindsight...lol

Oh dear !

I know the feeling, I seem to be using the phrase "old age never comes alone" quite often these days

In fact that could be one of the reasons, as I said in another topic,  that astronomers seem to have mislaid a significant proportion of the universe, we're all getting too old

Yup I know how you feel. I can't do an all nighter or get up early like I could to view. Always knackered by about 1am. Not so much the brain, but the eye muscles. There have been many good nights where I've just felt too tired to go out, and my eyes can barely focus.
