Just saw this on Yahoo news ticker: Newfound Asteroid Will Give Earth Super-Close Shave on Sunday

At a size of only 20 metres it will be too small to see unfortunately.

I bet even if something that size hit us it could do some serious damage, how large was the one that hit Chilibinsk in Russia, sorry if the spelling is out.

The Chelyabinsk meteor was about 20 metres in diameter and had a mass of approx. 12000 - 13000 metric tonnes.  Apparently it exploded with a total kenetic energy equivalent to 500 kilotons of TNT - 20-30 times the power of the nuclear bomb dropped over Hiroshima!
