good morning all round, ha full disk and first solar flares animation

had a good morning no clouds till 10:30 and still only a few going by, full disk is 16 panes 400 frames 50% stacked with 2x barlow

animation is 80 images 50 frames each spaced every minute between 09:03 and 10:19 using 2x barlow, pip as2 realigned in ps and animation created in ps

really chuffed with todays work :grin:

need to set up scope to track was sat there manually adjusting between frames

Great images, not seen the sun much recently in my area. Based on what you said above, what camera did you use? Still camera?

Using skyris 445. Mount was just plonked on the grass no leveling no nothing, marked laptop screen where prom was just had to keep re centering....helped with newton rings though on the full disk

Did you keep recording while you re-adjusted the mount - its a very impressive result.
