A pint of sun sir? No, I will just have a half of Ha (10/5/14)

Hi,

Two and a half hours of trying to image the sun through gaps in the cloud and 8 images of a 12 pane mosaic in the bag, before the cloud and heavy rain stopped play.  Only the first four panes will stitch, so I offer you half a sun in Ha today.  Turned out to be the best half though.

Very nice Robin, good to see some Ha today as I have decided to call it quits today despite the clear day.

Half a Sun is certainly better than no Sun.

Fab images, Robin. 1/2 pint of the best bitter, much better than a full pint of Co-op value Cola (which really was shockingly bad on hols, definitely a false economy!)

I think I got some shots in, need to do some visual this avo if it clears (and boy I hope it clears or Sarah will kill me for hogging the new scope for imaging this morning, I thought it would be just a minute or two clear, one video run if I was lucky... )
