Should be a 3 in a village with no streetlights, but security lights are still a bane for observing

I'd say from my back garden that i am a 3. I'll be moving up to a 1 in a week and a half.

All those who have LP (me included) shouldn't be too jealous as in a few years time every part of the UK will be covered in tarmac to cater for the ever increasing population...with lots of energy efficient LED street lights to illuminate that tarmac as well as to keep the population safe.

Imaging wise ive gone from a 7 a few months ago to a 4 with the new lighting, visually its gone worse with two bright led streetlights nearby.

Going by the image in the OP, am i to assume that if i can bee both Jupiter and Altair with the naked eye that i am somewhere between both?.

If so, i am a 4, but 3 seems more realistic to me. 

I must confess that i have only seen the MW once from my back garden. I am in the "Burbs", but i am closer to being rural then i am the burbs. Dublin city is 20Km north of me but the Dublin/Wicklow mountains are about 5Km south of me.
