I wouldn't hold your breath waiting. It'll be ruled out on grounds of costs, at very best main routes only.

The Netherlands do not really use cats eyes as I found out so this really sounds as if it is an alternative to those, and they can be painted on. You realise how good cats eyes are when they are not present.

The other aspect is that it does not help to see people - unless you paint the people in the same stuff.

Anyway weren't these new LED lights supposed to reduce LP and be the answer to everything astonomical? :grin:
