I'm so gullible

Quote from the Chambers (UK) Editors last year:

"Following representations from various sources, it has been decided that the word "gullible" and all its derivatives should be removed from this publication henceforth. It is hoped that both Oxford and Chambers (USA) will see the reasoning behind this decision and do the same. More details can be found at... (references given).

Chambers UK, 23rd May 2005"

Thanks for that Arthur... :D

Job done!! Don't know why I thought I would have difficulty, but I guess its the fear of the unknown more than anything. Anyway, for my efforts, I now have a focusser that feels a lot smoother, a vast improvement on what it was. :D

I've suprised myself yet again... :D

Right... NEXT!!!! :D

  • 4 months later...

Did mine tonight and used the teflon grease I bought for the EQ6 re-build, must say it feels smoother and Ive reduced the backlash by adjusting that spring plate thingy :)

BTW the grease Synta use has to be the stickiest gloop ever invented :)
