Woke up to clear skies this morning and they actually hung around long enough for me to get some obs in. Following on from this thread here is the result of the imaging run. Considering I rated the seeing as pretty poor during the sketching (which was done after the imaging) the image has come out pretty well. SHot 138 x 1/1250th second at ISO 100 and stacked just 19 after PIPP.

That's a very nice image.  I'm frankly amazed that anyone has managed it today.  It's pretty grim here.

19  "gooduns"  will always beat 50 " badduns" .... 

Seeing was very good here , to the extent that I hand-picked 85 from the 150 shot and then adjusted Reg to stack just 58 to save a bit of time . . .

Great stuff. It is nice to see how as one big AR bows out, the next is already well on its way on the opposite limb
