M81 in LRGB - it's been a while.

I've not posted an image for ages due to a combination of time/weather so here we go - surprised I've remembered what to do

ED80 & Atik16HR combination - about 3 hrs Lum and 1 hr each of RGB. It did have a nasty moon gradient which I've sort of managed to get rid of and I've managed to keep some decent'ish star colours for a change.

I was going to add some Ha but now I've dismantled all my kit for a rebuild, focussser upgrade and camera swap it might not be anytime soon at this FOV.

Thats nice, quite a bit of detail coming through on the arms,

it could be my monitor but the colour looks a litttle over saturated

which might be giving you a slightly noisy image.
