It was a really nice morning, sitting down at the laptop with a lovely sky above me; the crescent Moon, Venus, Saturn and Mars.

I'm still recovering from the sleep deprivation though

As for focusing, perhaps get focus with Hartman mask on a bright star or a planet first.

Thats a very well captured crescent. Focus is really hard due to the effect of the atmosphere.

A crescent just before new moon is m,uch easier than a crescent just after.

But the focus looks good on that, nice one.

I really enjoyed getting those images that morning. I had lovely views of the crescent moon, Saturn, Venus and Mars with Orion kneeling down facing me as I was capturing - brilliant morning.
