Greetings to all!! THANKS so much for the very warm welcomes here.I am a binoculars and naked eye observer as the light is too much to make it even worth getting a telescope.I didn't see the meteor that alot did see in last night's sky but have seen videos of it.In Maine we have trees mountains and light pollution as obstacles to that hamper our viewing of the night sky.Maine is the most forested state in the country with about 87% of forested land here. However I was able many times to see comet Hale Bopp here and its my favorite one that I have seen so far. Thanks again for making me feel very well welcomed ;wishing you clear skies and no light to hamper your observations.skyguyjim
