wonder if it'll develop a tail ?

I doubt it. It's moving away from us/the sun, so whatever tail it has will be getting shorter. I thought the tail is behind it, which is why it appears round. If I'm wrong, please put me right,.

Thats a nice widefield shot mate, Pete in another thread has found a very slight tail (and I mean slight).

My understanding is that although the comet is moving away from us, there is a possibility that the tail will develop as the viewing angle increases (but only to a point) - but it is kind of reliant on the comet still being bright enough to see...
