Every now and again things go the way they should, like Friday night. Probably my most successful session to date !

Mount behaved perfectly, alignment bang on and the seeing was great.

For some reason I was able to take 2 minute exposures unguided with pretty decent results, it's never been possible to achieve more than a minute previously.

Anyway, heres a few shots I managed to get, got loads more of the same so going to load up DSS shortly to see what happens. They wont make any headlines but I'm dead chuffed with them !

With all the variables, weather, hardware, cables, software etc etc, it is indeed very pleasing when "it all just works"

2 minutes un-guided is very good, you have got some nice images there! did you do any calibration esposures, darks, flats? they would certainly help when processing.

got darks and flats to add, just not got round to stacking them yet !
