  1. Celestron Solar Filter 94128 fits Edge HD 8" SCT, CPC 800, C8 Newt., Nexstar 8SE £30 inc P+P. Paypal or Bank Transfer For sale is an orginal Celestron Solar Filter #94128 The major advantage of this filter is locks into place the same as the lens cover would. Once locked into place it isn't going to fall off. Film is in A1 condition, no holes etc. I have placed extra sticky pads to hold the filter to the holder. Not needed, just being extra cautious :-)
  2. Revelation Photo-Visual Eyepiece and Filter Kit Excellent condition. Foam has been cut to fit other items, but all origininal slots are in place. The Revelation Photo - Visual kit will enhance any telescope with a 1.25" focuser, includes five quality eyepieces, barlow, camera adapters, filters and a lockable case. The five included eyepieces (9mm 12mm 15mm 20mm 32mm) are a fully multi coated four element Plossl design with features usually only found on the most exclusive 1.25" models. Fold down rubber eyeguards for comfort Filter threads (standard 1.25") Rubber grips on models over 15mm 52 degree field of view Safety cut barrels to prevent slippage Blackened lens edges for improved contrast Dust caps for both ends The set has a quality, 2x barlow lens to complement the eyepieces, allowing no less than ten different magnifications using the available eyepieces. The 32mm eyepiece is not only a fantastic low power model but incorporates a sliding barrel and male T thread for imaging. Simply unscrew the cap to reveal the T thread that accepts any standard T ring to allow superb eyepiece projection astro imaging with a digital SLR camera. I £70 inc P+P Paypal or Bank Transfer.

  5. Hi Thanks. 30 sec at ISO6400, single exposure. I bought the Samyang specifically for wide field shots like the Milky way. Pleased with the results so far for the price of the lens. The 6D is my 1st full frame camera as well. No crop on the sensor and 14mm is making things very wide for me :-) Have a look at the flickr group for the Samyang, some pretty impressive results. https://www.flickr.com/groups/14/ Grahame.
  6. Milky Way Taken from Wembury Beach, Devon. Canon 6D, 14mm f2.8 Samyang lens.
  7. 1st try at the Rosette Nebula, and 1st proper Narrow band image as well. Atik 314L + WOZ ZS 70 12 of 5 minutes of each, Ha, OII and SII.
  8. Thanks guys, It did clear up nicely for a change. We had wind, sun, cloud, hail and a bit of sleet today in Plymouth. I did a bit of solar imaging as well, in between all this weather :-)
