s.w guidescope mount

Hi all, has anyone got experience with the skywatcher guidescope bracket? Im hoping to get one for attaching an ed80 to my 150pds. any pros or cons would be much appreciated!

I've just got one myself although haven't yet used it in anger, but it is a lovely piece of kit and seems much better than using conventional guidescope rings.

I did have to get a friend to drill some extra holes to fit in my situation. I will post a photo later.

I have the guide scope rings directly mounted on top of the SW guidescope mount and it is bolted to my side by side plate.

Yup go for it.. I've got one holding my zs66 in a dual bar setup similar to Dave's. Nice piece of kit & versatile.

I got one last week. Can't complain! It's a bit pricey for something relatively simple in function but i guess everything is with this bobbie

Its very solid and robust, can't really fault it.
