centroid
Yeah, I know its been imaged more times than enough, and its an easy target, but I was only in the mood for something easy. The Mrs has my 'nose to the grindstone', catching up on all those DIY jobs that I'd been 'promising' to do, and then putting off for another day .So, I didn't have the energy for any two hour exposure DSO's, but just fancied 'unwinding' out in the obsy for a while before bedtime, and what could be easier than M27. Besides, I kind of like old M27, it is a bit of a 'showpiece' I suppose.Anyway, here's the result:SXVF-H9C - 10" LX200GPS + 3.3 FR - 5x120sec subs + 5x180sec subs - processed in AA4.Dave
peonic
You can never have too many images of the Dumbell, Dave - especially when they look as good as that. Well done, loads of detail right out to the edges, and a lovelly balance to the colours.Cheers,Chris

barkis
Don't apologize Dave, we are all here look enjoy, and be inspired by images like this. It's a great sight, and one we never tire of looking at. Besides, every image is basically a science lesson, and there in more to it than the central character. One has to look at the whole picture.
