Thanks again folks, really is a breath of fresh air to be so welcomed, despite being a newbie :) Managed a brief view of some stars last night and it's already impressed me.

Hi Ross. I'm a total newbie too & have only recently joined the lounge. Everyone has been great offering advice and answering all of my questions. I've recently come into possession of

a Skywatcher skymax 127 & have so much to learn. So welcome to SGL from one newbie to another. Happy gazing
