Some images from the Dutch Spring Star party

Turned out I forgot to post my images taken at the Dutch Spring Starparty back on March 23-25, so better late then never I guess.

M106 (4 hours) and NGC6938 & 6946 (2,5 hours) were shot during the first night from friday to saturday. Saturday night was clouded/fogged out so shot a lot of dark frames that night.

On Sunday night conditions were clear again, but very wet, and that took out my optics, so only took a quick shot of M44 (30 minuts, planned for 2 hours, but forgot to set the mount to track through the meridian, so it parked after just 6 subs).

Larger images and image details can be viewed on my site, high res link at the bottom of the pages.

Just wondering about the blue stars shape in NGC 6938

I think that's is caused by my DIY dew heater for the secondary mirror. This was the first image in which I had to use it and I haven't seen it before or after. Not sure on how it creates the actual shape of the spikes though?

Thanks everyone for the comments
