RGB image using a dmk 21 imaging source camera. The seeing didn't seem that brilliant but pleased to pick up the GRS Taken through a skywatcher ed120. Trevor

That has come out rather well despite the seeing and the added bonus of a moon and the GRS. Nice capture.

Thanks for the kind comments. Always difficult to know how far to push these for detail. I find I can easily over cook the image if I'm not carefull. Regards Trevor

Thats a super image Trevor for such a small scope. I would be tempted to use auto RGB balance in Registax to reduce the red a little and maybe tweak the noise a tad (I use image analyser for noise reduction).

Probably one of the best Jupiter images produced with a sub 5" scope.
