Clear skies in N Yorkshire too, but looks very damp out; cars are already covered in dew. Might just binocularfy the near-full moon and look for shooting stars.

Binoculars for me too.

left my scopes in the house next to a radiator had the heating on for a while now too! would be like a sauna wall as soon as I got em out.....Doh!!!

Will definitely have to sort some dew shields got the materials so may do it now. i really need a powerpak and heat strips for my mak though.

it was really clear here in birmingham ealrier - right up until the point where my scope was nice and cold and then in rolled the clouds!¬

Clouded out here in South Oxfordshire as well.

I got out for 30 mins with tripod-mounted binoculars and had a gawp at the moon, Pleiades, Taurus, and Jupiter, but that's about all of interest that I could see.

well touch wood I have already taken images of moon and working on another NGC. Been snapping away for 2hrs now so stay away cloud.

Damn cold though!

Clear sky earlier. Got to scope out to cool then went to eat dinner. Now it's cloudy again.
