Fingers crossed for clear skies... 200mm F6 first time on new pier

Set up in hopes of a clear sky tonight.

Must say, the 200mm F6 looks a handsome beast sat atop the pier. 8)

Out of interest, in this position it measures 5' 4" from floor to eyepiece

so the pier height worked out well

You have to stop these mods Phil!! I am still building the Dob base you posted for the revelation 200 some time ago, whilst waiting for Daz's old OTA to arrive from the UK!

Looks very good, a great improvement ove the tripods, I am always kicking them as I change postion. (must be the cheap wine, only buy it in 5 ltr packs these days :D)
