First Jupiter...comments and tips welcome

Hello all.

After many months of having all the gear I finally got around to having a crack at webcam imaging last night.

Taken with a spc900 and a Mak 180

[Philips SPC 900NC PC Camera]

Resolution=640x480

Frame Rate (fps)=5.00

Colour Space / Compression=YUY2

Exposure=-4

Brightness=64

Contrast=32

Saturation=0

Gamma=14

ColorEnable=255

BacklightCompensation=0

Gain=15

I need to work on the focus (perhaps a Bahtinov mask?) and play a little more in registax, but it's a start.

I would really like your tips for improving please.

Outstanding first image! I would not go any higher with gamma and maybe worth trying 10fps but your focus is very good can't really find much wrong at all!

that is a very good image, i would take frame rate up to 10 or 12, but under 15, im getting same scope today and your image give`s me an idea as to what it can do, thanks for sharing
