1st Solar pic

Here is my first Solar pic.

It was taken through my unpowered ETX70 (I didn't use GOTO :D)

9mm Orthoscpic lens and my fuji A607 compact.

And of course Baader Solar film (Cheers Steve :D)

All I can say is we are definately at Solar minimum.

I showed my kids the (filtered) sun in the scope. They were not impressed. Plus they think it should have a yellow colour. What can you do?

Show your kids this one :D I used a yellow/orange no.15 filter

Nice one Ian....

Have you tried pushing the levels and curves and coulour balance to see if you've captured any granulation, there's usually something of interest PS can find..
