russ
Always liked the look of these. Compact 8" Newtonian in lightweight carbon fibre tube....sounds really nice. They had some serious teething problems at the start (just search Google for a review) but I think they are ironed out now.Russ

MartinB
I've wondered that myself Ian. I haven't heard of anyone using them. Have just done a quick google search and this confirms this. One M27. I would have thought they are ok and should provide a good flat field without vignetting. Am guessing they would be tricky to use with focal reducers. Might be a good idea to have a word with Green Witch about them
geoff_k
This is one review I found but as you say, I don't know of many people who have used them. I think they had a stand at Astrofest, but I never got round to visiting it as far as I can remember.http://www.cat-olholics.com/Photon/Photon_Issue2_Part1.PDF
