Cameras only count when you attach them to telescopes.

Until then you are not guilty.

When you do combine the two, you must report to the forum the degree of severity of the resultant clouds.. Only then will sentence be passed .

I think it's about time we organised a set of official purchasing days so we can get shot of any bad weather in one go. Reading the above thread made me smile and reminded me of the "I'm Sparticus" scene with Kurt Douglas but with an astronomical twist - "I bought a mount", then someone else stands up "No I bought a camera" etc. Shame on you all and as they might say in The Life of Brian, you're all, ".....very naughty boys!" :D:D

Just a thought, combine the two (one good and one bad) situations and make the best of it.

I find taking these photos easier than DSO's or planets.

Probably the wrong forum for these views (pun/s intended).
