Managed to catch few Jupiter avis today. I've used 3x TeleXtender with the C11 and Basler Ace (f/30 images). The "longpass" files is red+IR 610 nm Baader Red longpass filter. A lot of Oval goodies on the images.

Got my first view this morning (sadly with only naked eye) as its behind a neighbours house. Will be a while before i can point my newt at it. I`ll have to make do with these excellent images in the meantime...

Can I ask what length AVI files you're working from to retain that amount of detail in the clouds?

Around 2000 per channel, exposures below 30ms; 90-75% of gain; some gamma changes due to daylight in this case.

In general the IR passing filter will give a sharper and more detailed view.
