I think I would rather have the 10 Ethos. In fact I would really like to have the 10 Ethos 😁

I am very happy with my apm 20 and it does make me wonder about the rest in the range. Main reason I went for the apm apart from cost was the much lighter weight. I would really like to try the others and the new apm 7 more so.

Wow, a nav owner. 17 & 14 in one is very usable.

I have an Es 5.5/100 that if I’m honest is easier to use than my ethos 4.7. I just can’t bring myself to move it on. For some reason my eye just sits better with this one.

I would have to agree with you on the 13E. There is something very special about it. I think it’s an eyepiece that somehow shows everything the way you want to see it.

The Es 92’s are amazing eyepieces but they are heavy.

I was expecting that as first choice since you shoot out.

I had some 82’s. I favoured the 14 & 8.8.

Can’t do anything or go anywhere so why not 😂

This ones for just for fun. Everyone has a favourite eyepiece for one reason or another, so which one is yours? (No zooms) 🤔

That’s exactly how I feel about the ethos 13. Just tried it on the 200pds and none of my other eyepieces can better it. Orion Nebula looked fantastic. First light with the Rigel too.. that’s an easy bit of kit to set up and use, very pleased with it.

By the way, have you tried the 13 ethos as thats in the close focal length and it’s “not a bad” eyepiece 🤣

I opened the bottom and popped in the battery, turned it on and couldn’t see a thing. Looked through both sides just in case I was doing the same as you described above. Next I went into a completely dark room and still nothing. Re- checked that I’d properly slipped the battery under the small tabs.. all correct. Maybe the battery was a dud? Took it out to try another battery an see that I’d not taken the plastic film protector off from the positive side of the battery... obviously you are not alone in these daft situations 🤣
