  1. this is a stock image fron FLO and now i am confused as the poster's image is rather blurred but looks like he has it the right way on the scope? So slot into dovetail on the mount groove and then tighten thumbscrews BTW i don't own this scope.
  2. he has the dovetail attached to the scope looks wrong way round
  3. Also make sure the clutches are engaged before attaching scope without attaching counterweights otherwise it is going to spin and scare you to death. ie scope crashing into the legs. As per @ONIKKINEN turn the dovetail the otherway round on the scope so it slots into to mount and tightened by the 2 thumbscrews
  4. mount 12volts? not 240v unless using a power supply from 240v to 12 volts, dslr can you not get a dummy battery running from mains. Don't think the 4 port can provide enough power for your dslr camera. you will have to trial and error on that
  5. yes so power goes into the remote end and will supply power to the ASI120 so no worries there.
  6. what brand have you purchased? make and model . Usually these have 1 power supply that is used at the remote end.
  7. Yes Marv i had the same kit before i went Astroeq with my EQ5 as this gave me full control ie fast slewing with nema motors. manually move the scope to region of interest then use the handset. voila. Yup as per the youtube vid's ?
  8. Hi, From your first video the mount is working correctly with the motor engaged as you can see the worm drive turning, Don't expect the mount to move fast as at 8x the mount moves at 2 degree per minute. there is no fast slewing with this upgrade, You have to loosen the silver knurled knobs and then use the black knobs to get your scope into the area you want to observe then tighten then re-tighten the silver knobs and then track with the handset.
