    rip-stop is also a great fabric to use and very easy to sew...

    you really,really struggle with spandex...lycra might be easier...

    stop...you cant run lycra ...spandex through a sewing machine it just gathers doesn't work!

    the only difference I read was that the mk1 wasn't designed with the ethos range in mind that's why I went for the mk2, both do the same job of cleaning up the coma...if your feeling flush you could just go for this system...http://www.starlightinstruments.com/

    Not seen much detail in mine either!....I'm shocked at the quality of this scope for the money... Mine cost about the same as this and the build quality is rock solid with optics hand made by a craftsman. o
