Excellent work Trevor. What was the time-span of the animation, in real terms? How many frames in total?

Brilliant! Any info about the scope? I've got a PST and C100ED that I was planning on doing a mod with. I was getting cold feet to be honest but you might have just swayed me. Is that animation done with the standard PST blocking filter or have you upgraded that too?

Many thanks for the comments. The scope is a skywatcher ed100 and the camera is a dmk 21. I took 14 AVI's over a period of about 50 minutes. The length of the AVI's varied due to passing cloud but I tried to get something every 3 - 4 minutes. I aimed at about 1000 frames and stacked about 400 on each run. Some of the runs were only 300 frames long and shot between clouds. Hope that makes sense. I'm using the standard PST filter with an ERF over the objective.

That is a brilliant animation! Nice work!! Quite smooth considering the lag between avi stacks and clouds.
