Sounds cool - although I should point out that his returns policy is illegal:

If for any reason on receipt of *NEW* goods you feel the item does not match the description in the listing we will be happy (after contact to describe any dissatisfaction you have) to restock the item and refund on return less postage charges if the item is returned in the same condition it was dispatched in.

WRONG! - They do not have to describe any dissatisfaction, nor give you any reason whatsoever, and no you cannot deduct the outward bound postage from the refund and no the item does not have to be in the same condition it was dispatched in.

That's the law in this country if you sell new stuff.

(the rules that sellers are legally obliged to adhere to can be found here <click>)

When dealing with goods purchased from an auction site such as eBay there can be certain exclusions that can affect your rights compared to buying from a regular Internet shop. Any distance seller can also put conditions in the "contract" that can affect your rights. A lot of people forget that while the Distance Selling Regulations give the consumer certain rights they also give the sellers rights as well so sometimes things aren't as clear cut as they may first appear.

In particular be aware that in certain situations even if a seller has refunded your money they may still be entitled to come after you later on for some of the money back if the goods not been returned in reasonable condition.

But anyway you won't have any problems dealing with Wayne as he is a top class seller.

Distance selling law only applies on ebay if your selling under an ebay bussiness account and you are VAT registered..

If selling as a private individual on a non-biz ebay account you can offer returns or not offer returns, most private sellers do offer returns to give good service to buyers.

Refunds to buyers have to include original postage costs weather selling under ebay biz or non-biz account.

Pretty sure of that. Totally off topic thou!
