ok ibe been in the hobby around 7 months now and looking to better the scope i have 200p what are the best possible upgrades i can do ? as im still new i basically havent got a clue

why don't you start with a good old "flocking" to improve contrast?

Fan to cool the mirror

Telrad or Rigel quikfinder

Milk bottle washers on the mount to improve ease of tracking

Bob's knobs

and if the budget will stretch a 10:1 focuser

That should do it.

Or spend the money on a Televue Nagler 12T4 or a 13T6, that would be a pretty good upgrade.
