Eyepiece Kit

I think i have decided to let my O/H choose his own but want a present for him to unwrap on his birthday.

If i buy a Revelation Photo Visual Eyepiece Kit does it fit any telescope?

That particular eyepiece kit seems to only come in 1.25" format. Best to find out what size eyepieces hubbies scope uses first before buying.

Agree you need to check he uses 1.25" eyepieces, but it is 90% likely that he does, they are the industry standard.

If so, the Revelation Photovisual kit would make a fabulous gift. Make sure it IS the photovisual kit, not the standard Revelation eyepice kit. The photovisual kit has a superb 32mm Plossl eyepiece which is fabulous for visual use but can also be used for astro photography too. Also, the selection of different eyepieces is very good.

If you search online you should find one for around £130-£140.

I'm sure he will be thrilled with it.

Yes, that kit would probably be a good starter. You might also like to get a red torch and a book like Turn Left at Orion. That would really set him up!
