Taken through an ed100 with f6.3 reducer. Camera was an atik 314L. There are 60 mins of Ha in the red channel and 60 mins of additional RGB.

Gorgeous nebula. I get a slight halo around it on my monitor but it is a fine shot, it really is.

Thanks for the kind comments . It's IC 5146 Martin to the West of Cygnus. Placed high up early evening now. Agree about the slight halo Olly. Funny but I can't see it during processing on this monitor. Perhaps settings are slightly different when it gets displayed on the web. I had to rely on the goto and couldn.t see much at all visually except the vague gap in the star field. Regards , Trevor
